Submission Instructions -- PDF VERSION
All professional (non-student) ADDY entrants are eligible to submit
up to two (2) entries from any category for display at Gallery
Night. There is no entry fee.
1. Select the pieces you would like to display.
2. Prepare a hard copy (print/3D submissions) or CD/DVD
(television/interactive*) of each piece. Please keep in mind
that the work will be displayed in an art gallery that is open to
the public, and a limited number of pieces will remain on display
for up to 25 days. Entrants are encouraged to mount, frame, or
present their work in the most creative manner possible. Pieces may
not exceed 36 inches in any dimension (length/width/height/depth).
Unmounted and unframed work will be displayed at the discretion of
the Gallery Night committee.
*Technical restrictions may limit our ability to display
television/interactive. Entrants in these categories may submit an
additional piece in a different category as a backup. Interactive
entrants may present framed screen shots or a DVD demo.
3. Clearly label the back of your piece with the following
information:

Creative Credits
Turn all pieces in along with your hard copy ADDY submissions on
Entry Day January 11 at Full Sail or
After
January 11, Gallery Night submissions may be dropped off at:
